Detection Rate of HBe Ag by EIA and RPHA Technic

Abstract
|
|
|
For investigation the difference of Anti-e-cell-Neo Kit and Serodia- HBe Kit, among 135 Cases of HBs Ag test, it Selected randomly.
On 85 Cases of EIA HBe Ag Positive were examined RPHA test according to the 2 Co. The results are following.
1. On 85 Cases of EIA HBe Ag positive, 71 cases (83.5%), 70 cases (82.4%) were
RPHA positive on serodia HBe and Anti-e-cell-Neo respectively. It were not significance. 2. On serodia-HBe and Anti-e-cell-Neo, 16 cases, 11 cases were incomplete positive. Serodia-HBe was higher than Anti-e-cell-Neo value.
3. The complete positive cases were 55 cases in serodia-HBe, 59 cases in Anti-e-cell-Neo. Anti-e-cell-Neo was higher than serodia-HBe value.
4. The average value of OD on EIA was 0.144 + 0.037 and cut off average value was 0.093.
5. On 85 cases of ETA HBe Ag positive, O.D. values of EIA were measured from 0.7 to 2.0.
